The Umarex Glocks by VegaForce Company are probably one of the best OTB Gas Blowback Pistols in the Market!
The VFC oem'd version is Fully licensed by Umarex and features all the correct trademarks, adding to it's authenticity. In terms of performance, the VFC Glocks pack quite a kick on their blowback system and are very gas efficient.
They also feature a Hop up system similar to a TDC where a ring is pulled downwards to apply even pressure. This allows the pistol to hop 0.30g BBs with ease and to put them out to some serious distances! With a polymer grip, these are fairly light in overall weight when compared to other polymer grip models such as the USP or P320s and needless to say, they are very much lighter than metal framed models such as the 2011s, M9s, P226s, etc. I can safely say that these are probably one of the best OTB sidearm to carry to any game.
Glock 17 Gen 4, The Military Staple
The Glock 17 Gen 4 is the current model issue for the NZDF and NZ Police, and is the number one pistol for all militaries and police departments in the world! No airsofter should be without one for a serious LARPing loadout!
Glock 17 Gen 5, The Refined
The Gen 5 models from VFC are pretty much identical in terms of performance with only minor external differences. The biggest difference is the "Guide HOP" system where the Hop can be adjusted via the front of the Recoil Guide with a HEX key. Other externals differences are the removal of the finger grooves, Ambidextrous Slide Release, the Dotted Iron Sights, some "rounded" edges on the slide and my favourite, the Flared Magwell for overall easier mag insertions.
Glock 19 Gen 5, The "New" Kid
With all the new Gen 5 Reiterations, the G19 Gen 5 is the "Compact" version of the G17 Gen 5. Pretty much the same thing but easier and lighter to carry as a sidearm!
Glock 19X, The "Crossover"
The G19X is the first of many for Glock. It is the first "Crossover" Glock to feature a G19 barrel and slide length but a G17 Full size grip. This will take G17 mags without them "sticking" out. It is also the first "Coyote" coloured Glock to ever roll out of the factory. Though new, most of it's design is based off the Gen 4 platform but also features a lanyard loop as per US military requirements. Note: Due to the grip design, these will not take Gen5 Magazines.
Glock 45, The Gen 5 19X
The Glock 45 is a serious compact crossover pistol that combines a compact G19 slide with a full size G17 frame and has all the benefits of a Gen5 model. Just like the G17 Gen 5, the G45 features the same external enhancements found in the Gen 5 system. Utilizing the design and engineering GLOCK developed for its military pistol (G19X), combined with Operator and worldwide Law Enforcement specifications.
Glock 18C, The "FULLAUTO" pistol
New but Not, The G18C has been around for decades and is very well known as one of the best Fully-Automatic pistols around! Although the pistol is based on an old Gen 3 design, the VFC version is technically a new V2 model with various improvements that they had done in their latest Gen 4 and 5 models. The best part about this package is the "Fun Switch" and the 50rd Extended magazine that it comes with!
