The "DMR" Bullpup Assault Rifle

The MDRX is the most adaptable and ergonomic semi-automatic bullpup rifle. With one of the best triggers of any bullpup rifle and future technology originally developed for the U.S. Army, the MDRX inherits designs for the harshest military conditions. Ultra-compact. Multi-caliber. Perfectly balanced. Intuitively ergonomic. Easy to conceal. Fast to deploy.

The MDRX boasts a shortened overall length without compromising barrel length and muzzle velocity. Easy maneuverability in close quarters or confined spaces, combined with lethality at extended ranges make the MDRX ideal for law enforcement, private security, and personal defense.

The Silverback MDR-X MICRON AEG is a licensed version of its real steel counterpart, manufactured by Desert Tech LLC.

Very realistic in its conception, to mimic the original build and features as much as possible while integrating a high-quality gearbox, able to deliver high performance from DMR to CQB applications.

Unlike the predecessor, the Micron can take M4 AEG Magazines (AR15/5.56mm styled) which allows most players to use their current M4 pouches and setup!


Air Volume = Heavy BBs!

The MDRX has a useful air volume of 22.5cc ( with stock ventilated 75% cylinder) which is significantly more than the 17.5cc found in standard V2 and V3 Cylinders. The theory is the same as the Bolt Actions. The higher the Air Volume, the easier it is to propel heavier BBs with a longer barrel efficiently. The MDRX being a Bullpup allows that barrel length to perform it's magic in tandem with that air volume! The Micron despite being a compact Assault Rifle still packs a 330mm Inner Barrel, which is relative to a 13" M4 Carbine AEG.


T238 ECU Trigger Response!

Developed in cooperation with T238, the MDRX Micron features a Programable Electronic Control Unit (ECU) that can take a 11.1V LiPo out of the box. The features functions such as Gear cycle and fire selector position detection, Programable shooting mode (burst/binary), DMR cooldown, ROF setting, pre-cocking, sleep mode, active braking and battery protection. It also features a mechanical blocking and mosfet temperature safety protection. The unit is also Compatible with Brushless motors (with some limitations, please check the dedicated user manual)


Internally the unit does feature a high quality gearbox with various CNC parts for durability and performance. The Hop unit was redesigned to feature a TDC ring system for better precision and more consistency with heavier BBs.

To cut the story short, the Silverback MDXR Micron was designed to deliver and to really outperform on the Airsoft Field.
