Warranty Policy

ASGC Warranty Policy (effective from 1st Sep 2011)

 

ASGC Full Parts Warranty (for AirSoft guns only)

 

This warranty covers for all guns of ASGC, unless specified otherwise:

The Standard ASGC warranty covers:

- Any internal parts or mechanisms that have worn out.

- Any internal faulty parts, components or mechanisms.

- Gun not functioning properly. (e.g: malfunction or jam etc.).

- Faulty accessories.

 

 What is not covered in warranty (excludes or void):

The Standard ASGC Warranty does not cover:

- Any seals in gas magazines.

- Any manufacturer defects found consistently in that particular series of gun (e.g: factory set hopup units over hoping or sealing problem in the cylinder).

 

The Standard ASGC Warranty is void if:

 

- The gun or accessory is disassembled by anyone other than a member of the ASGC Staff.

- Physical damage due to misuse and neglect of the gun or accessory.

- Modifying or tampering with the gun or accessory in any way. 

- Using poor quality or dirty BBs in the gun.

- Failure to follow the operating instructions that comes with the gun.

- All postage and/or couriers charge, insurance cost and trade-me cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

ASGC Labour Free Warranty (for AirSoft guns only)

 

 Warranty:

- This ASGC Labour Free Warranty will cover any repair costs up to the period of six months starting from the day, printed on the receipt or warranty card.

 

What is not covered in warranty (excludes or void):

ASGC Labour Free Warranty excludes:

- The cost of parts needed to carry out all the necessary repairs.

- The cost of labour for upgrading, modifying or maintaining the gun.

 

ASGC Labour Free Warranty is void if:

- The gun or accessory is disassembled by anyone other than a member of the ASGC Staff.

- Physical damage due to misuse and neglect of the gun or accessory.

- Modifying or tampering with the gun or accessory in any way. 

- Using poor quality or dirty BBs in the gun.

- Failure to follow the operating instructions that comes with the gun.

 

ASGC 12 months Deformity Warranty

 

Period: 12 months from the date of purchase shown on the receipt or warranty card from the original owner.

Covers: The ASGC Deformity warranty covers any defective parts/accessories that have been made or assembled incorrectly by the factory. Parts that are subject to replacement are replaced at the discretion of the factory that produced the parts.

Excludes:

- Normal “wear and tear” to mechanical parts whilst using the product is covered by the ASGC standard price length warranty (refer to parts warranty section).

- Any manufacturer defects found consistently in a series of that particular type of gun. (e.g: factory set hopup units over hoping or sealing problem in the cylinder)

- Any Modification or tempering with the gun or accessories in any way.

- Incorrect use, abuse or neglect of the gun not recommended by the manufacturer or ASGC.

- Any Improper care or maintenance of Mechbox, Hop-up, motor etc.

- Improper storage of a product. (eg: Moist damp areas).

All warranty claims requires proof of purchase from the original receipt. All the appropriate warranty forms/cards/receipts are to be included together with their claims.

Refund Policy

 

- No product will be accepted for return without obtaining prior written authorization from AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be at the cost of the Purchaser. If product was delivered incorrectly or with defects or damage, the purchaser must inform AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd within seven days of receipt of the product. The notification must include all the necessary details of the incorrect delivery, defect or damage.

- If purchaser fails to notify AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd, the purchaser shall be deemed to have received the product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the purchaser's order. Without express permission from AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd any product that has been authorized for return must be returned in a Pristinestate.

 -  In the event AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd has agreed to refund for goods, the goods must first be returned to AirSoft Gun Centre Ltd in pristine state.  Pristine state is described as all original packaging, with all original parts, nothing damaged or dirty. Products not returned in pristine state may incur charges to replace the missing or damaged parts, or non refund of part or the entire purchase price.  

- Please note that our staff will test all returned products to determine the nature of the defect or if the item is defective at all. If an item is returned as defective, and after testing it is deemed to have been in good working order, the item will be returned to the customer as it was received.  An amount of up to $60 may be charged for testing fees, handling, return shipping and insurance. This fee then needs to be paid before your non-faulty goods will be returned. Please test the defective item(s) prior to sending the item back for warranty service. This will save you time and money. 

- Postage is not refundable.

 

Returns for Repairs & Replacements

 

- A return can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt, unless specified otherwise. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to be presented upon the return of the goods.

- Gas Magazine leakages are not covered by warranty; however we will test all gas magazines before shipping to ensure there is no leakage before we dispatch it.

- Goods returned have to be in their original brand new condition or a condition that is acceptable by our Company.

- All postage and/or couriers charge, insurance cost and trade-me cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
