The Walther PDP series is a flagship pistol platform designed for modern tactical and law enforcement needs, featuring a modular system, superior ergonomics, and optic-ready capability. Both the PDP Compact 4.0 and Full Size 5.1 have been officially adopted by Germany’s military special forces, designated as the P14K and P14, demonstrating the PDP's strength across both close-quarters and long-range combat environments.

In 2022, a team of Taiwanese IDPA shooters competed in the 2022 IDPA U.S. National Championship (Tier 5 Match), proudly supported by VFC, Walther, and POLAR LIGHT TRAINING CO., LTD. (Taiwan). Based on the needs of their individual divisions, team members flexibly chose between the live-fire PDP Compact 4.0 and Full Size 5.1 models. Their outstanding performance highlighted not only the PDP’s effectiveness in competition, but also Taiwan’s growing influence and expertise in the global sport shooting community.

The Walther PDP Compact 4" gas blowback pistol, officially licensed by Umarex, was designed from the start with both Airsoft competition and Airsoft game play in mind. It not only accurately replicates the look of the real firearm, but also includes a functional internal red dot mounting system. The Walther PDP Compact 4" gas blowback pistol comes with four red dot sights adapter plates, giving players flexibility to match various red dot sights. The interchangeable backstrap design further enhances grip customization for different hand sizes and preferences.

On the performance side, the Walther PDP Compact 4" gas blowback pistol features a fixed outer barrel for better shot stability. It’s equipped with a high-efficiency cylinder, an enhanced air-seal nozzle, and is compatible with Walther PPQ M2 NPA magazines, improving cross-platform usability. Most notably, it includes a forward-adjustable HOP-up system, allowing for quick and tool-free hop adjustment from the muzzle area—ideal for on-the-fly tuning during matches. With its strong blend of realism, performance, and convenience, the Walther PDP Compact 4" gas blowback pistol is a well-rounded platform for serious players.
