The M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System (often shortened to M110 SASS) is a U.S. military semi-automatic sniper rifle designed for precision shooting at medium to long ranges. It was developed to give snipers faster follow-up shots and magazine capacity compared to traditional bolt-action rifles. The M110 is based on the AR-10 pattern and was developed by Knight's Armament Company.

It was adopted by the U.S. military in 2007 to supplement and partially replace the M24 Sniper Weapon System, which is a bolt-action rifle.
