Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Payment and Documentation:

- Full payment, Proof of ID and Proof of Membership are required for the Pre-Order to be confirmed and secured.

- Proof of Membership must be valid until or past the Pre-Order ETA Date.

- Pre-Order items are excluded from our Layby option and from Club Account Orders.

- ZIP Payments and Loyalty Point Discounts can be used for Pre-Orders.

Cancellation:

- Any cancellation prior to the "Estimated ETA Date" will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the Pre-Order amount.

- Any cancellation after the "Estimated ETA Date" will be for free.

Price Difference Upon Arrival:

- If the Pre-Order Price is lower than the Retail Price of the item upon arrival, ASGC will honour the Pre-Order Price.

- If the Pre-Order Price is higher than the Retail Price of the item upon arrival, ASGC will return any difference in Store Credit.
