All our order deliveries will go on a Signature required, Track and Traced Courier.
All our orders are picked up from Monday to Friday unless it is a Public Holiday or if the Couriers are closed for the Holiday Season.
All delivery time frame listed are approximate times and may be subject to unexpected delays, especially during the Holiday season.
Average Courier Delivery Times
North Island - Average of 1-2 Business days.
South Island - Average of 2-3 Business days.
Rural addresses will a few days longer.
Pick Up In-Store
*Personal photo ID information is not needed when making an order (unless for the purchase of an Airsoft Gun) but if you need to personally pick up goods from our physical store, we will need to ascertain that the person picking up the goods is the correct person as per the transaction. We will ask for a valid ID. This is also to protect your interest and security as an ASGC customer. The ID provided must have the photo and details match the name on the order and the person picking up the order.
Valid IDs are limited to: NZ Drivers License, NZ Firearms License, NZ 18+ Card or International Passport. We will not accept any expired IDs.
You may choose to pick up your order in store. Please give us a call prior to coming into the store, to ensure that your order is ready and available for pick up.
You may be able to pick up your order on the same day of which you have made your order if all items are in stock.
Please note that Internet Banking Payments may encounter delays and is not advisable for urgent orders.
INTERNATIONAL & WAIHEKE ISLAND ORDERS
- WE CANNOT SHIP ANY GUNS, GAS OR BATTERIES OVERSEAS -
All international orders and Waiheke Island orders will require shipping to be manually calculated after an order has been made.
The table rate postage charged with the order will have already been deducted from the manually calculated shipping cost and the required remaining costs will be provided by email.
- We can only accept Credit Card as the only payment method for the additional shipping cost. -
Please let us know which shipping option you prefer once you have received them and we will manually setup a payment item on our website so you may pay by Credit Card.
We will dispatch the order once the payment for the shipping is confirmed.
