*Please note that NO ITEMS of an order will be held for a customer if either full payment or the required legal documents (proof of age and membership) have not been provided.

If you have made an order for an Airsoft Gun, you will need to provide us with a

- proof of age and a

- proof of airsoft club membership (for restricted airsoft guns) before we can dispatch your order.

1. With your proof of age, we will require you to take a close up photo of your face with your ID being held up next to your face.

   - Your face or head cannot be covered or obstructed by anything. (No Sunglasses, No Hats)

   - Your Photo will need to be clear and of reasonable quality for identification purposes.

   - Your ID will need to be current and valid. (We will not accept expired IDs)

   - We will only accept New Zealand IDs such as Driver’s License, Firearms License or 18+ Card.

   - We accept all valid NZ and international passports as ID.

2. As with your proof of Airsoft Club Membership, you may

(a) Send us a photo of a valid Membership card with an Airsoft Club OR

(b) Provide us with a support letter from your club’s committee, verifying your membership with the club
