This T238 brushless motor comes with a 1.3mm hex driver for the pinion gear, which is preinstalled from the factory. The motor's speed can be easily adjusted from 50% to 100% using a small screw located at the tail end of the motor. The motor is well-suited for high-speed and high-torque applications.
